These Terms of Service govern your use of 760jlprints.com and purchases from 760 JLPRINTS. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our posted Privacy, Shipping, and Return and Refund Policies.

Products and custom orders

We sell apparel, DTF transfers, and related products, including personalized items. Product colors and placement may vary slightly because of screen settings and normal production tolerances. You are responsible for reviewing names, spelling, sizes, artwork, colors, and other customization details before submitting an order.

Artwork and permissions

By submitting artwork, logos, text, photographs, or other content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use and reproduce it. You authorize 760 JLPRINTS to use that content only as needed to produce and fulfill your order. We may decline content that appears unlawful, infringing, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate.

Orders and payment

Prices and availability may change without notice. Payment is due when the order is placed. We may cancel or limit an order because of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, prohibited content, production limitations, or other reasonable business concerns. If we cancel a paid order before production, we will refund the affected amount.

Production and shipping

Normal processing is 1–3 business days depending on order size. Carrier transit time is additional and not guaranteed. Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Please review our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns, refunds, and custom items

Eligible standard products may be returned within 14 days in unused, unwashed, and resalable condition. The customer pays return shipping and a 5% restocking fee may apply. Personalized or custom-produced items are final sale unless damaged, defective, or incorrect because of our error. Please review our Return and Refund Policy before ordering.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders, violate another person’s rights, or use the services for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

The website design, store branding, original photographs, graphics, text, and other content owned by 760 JLPRINTS may not be copied or commercially reused without written permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, shipping, analytics, and other services. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices.

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, the website and services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. 760 JLPRINTS is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.
